Our Story

Stephanie Knight Clarke founded Knight Counseling and Consultation Solutions in 2013 out of her passion for mental health care. She built the practice on the foundation of her own experiences as a therapist, school counselor, business owner, wife and mother of four.
​
Stephanie saw a need in our community for quality mental health support. Since opening her practice, she has continued her education by earning new certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), and Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor (ALPS).
In 2020, Knight Counseling and Consultation Solutions LLC became Mosaic Wellness. Mosaic Wellness best exemplifies Stephanie's holistic view of mental health and mindfulness while allowing her to maintain the consultation aspect of her practice. Mosaic Wellness encompasses a respected mental health facility and also holds room for growth to serve our wonderful community in new ways.
